Weekend Breakfast Cook

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef/Cook to join our team. As a Weekend Breakfast Cook, Friday/Sat/Sun, you will play an essential role in our kitchen and food service operations, ensuring the highest level of food service is provided to our customers. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes within your designated area of responsibility, following the menu specifications accurately.

  2. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  3. Assist in the preparation of food according to recipes and cooking standards established by the head chef.

  4. Work independently or as part of a team to ensure efficient and smooth operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  5. Assist in further prep as required for the kitchen, and assist in the continued cleanliness of the kitchen.


Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a breakfast chef or cook in a busy kitchen or restaurant.

  2. Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation.

  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet high-quality standards.

  4. Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

  5. Reliable, hard-working, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.


Job Details:

  • Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

  • Part-time hours will be discussed during the interview process.

  • Salary: Negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.


Schedule:

  • Weekends only


Work Location:

  • In-person work at our designated facility.
