Hotel Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the effective operational management of all departments within our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will work closely with departmental managers and the team to exceed revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Your responsibilities will include budget development, ensuring compliance with service standards, providing leadership to the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.

  2. Collaborate with departmental managers to develop budgets, strategies, and goals aligned with hotel and company objectives.

  3. Monitor and exceed financial targets, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and revenue generation.

  4. Uphold and surpass hotel and company service standards, consistently providing outstanding guest experiences.

  5. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting their professional development.

  6. Proactively upsell hotel accommodations, restaurant facilities, and event functions to drive sales and revenue growth.

  7. Seek and respond to guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly and effectively to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

  8. Conduct regular briefings and communication meetings with the team to ensure clear communication and alignment.


Requirements:

  1. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry with a keen eye for detail.

  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Previous experience working in a 3*/4*star hotel environment is desirable.

  4. Exceptional food and beverage experience and knowledge.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the team.

  6. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

  7. Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss statements.

  8. Be proficient in IT.
